What We Do
Investment & Acquisition
Apart from income generating assets, we also partner with developers and property owners. This takes the shape of direct investments, where we are typically the majority stake holder, or through bridging the gap for construction financing.
Development
We are always on the lookout for land properties for sale, primarily with the purpose of residential development. We development both projects for a shorter-term sale and for longer term rental income.
Bridge financing
We provide bridge financing across all property types, offering short-term loans to customers who need to bridge the gap between immediate financing needs and long-term funding.
